Poetry Reading and Talks at Pansodan Scene

The poetry reading and talks by five poets was conducted at Pansodan Scene on Pansodan Street on 15th May, 2019 from 1 pm to 4 pm. The poets namely Thitsarni, Ko Yway, Pandora, Min Htet Maung and Maung Lin Yeik read out their poems at the event.

As a poetry reading event, several people attended well at the poetic infused event with much enjoyment, enthusiasm and eagerness. The event was a part of Bahu Festival organized by Pansodan Scene.

At this event, not only poetry reading but also showcasing the hand-writings and poems of the five poets greeted the people with a kind of such gentleness. Each poet read five or six poems of their own to the enjoyment of the people.

 After the poetry reading, people asked some questions to the poets who answered questions thoroughly. In a token of respect to the audience, Poet Maung Lin Yeik said that they would try to hold this kind of poetry reading again.

The poetry reading ended around 4 pm and still people could hang around the venue to look at the original handwritings and poems of the poets, and they could ruminate on their enjoyment until they left the scene.●
